Several large-scale tourism and entertainment projects are being negotiated. They are International Hunting & Vacation Center, Eastern Chinese Night Zoo, International Shaoxing Wine Exposition, Jianhu International Mountain & Water City, and International Youth Entrepreneur Club.

Mr. Chen Wenhong a businessman from Taiwan has invested several hotels and resorts in many cities such as Qiandao Lake, Dali, Hemudu and Changxing. He along with his subordinates has made a business journey and inspection in Keyan resorts on June 22 accompanied by people from Taiwan Affairs Office of the government. After the inspection, Chen expressed strong interest in the real mountain and water and the investment environment and an intention to invest a chain phoenix vacation organization - international hunting & vacation center.

This is just an example in attracting investment in Keyan district. Recently, Chinese and foreign merchants keep pouring in. The district has contacted with some investors. And several large-scale tourism and entertainment projects, including International Hunting & Vacation Center, Eastern Chinese Night Zoo, International Shaoxing Wine Exposition, Jianhu International Mountain & Water City, International Youth Entrepreneur Club, are being negotiated.

The construction of holiday resorts is different from an average industrial zone, especially in that the former one is higher in requirements so that it is more difficult to reach agreement on investment. Therefore Keyan resorts management commission made a planning at a high starting point, by inviting famous designer such as the Planning Institute of Southeast University and British Atkins Co. to make the overall plan and sightseeing plan in the resorts. With the efforts in almost half a year, the overall plan have been approved in the meeting of Standing Committee of County’s People Congress and the standing committee members’ meeting of the county government. Other controlling plans and special plans are also being prepared with high quality.

The blueprint having been meticulously drawn, the resort committee begins its concentration on introducing the investment. To create a good investment environment, the resorts has spent 700 million Yuan this year on the construction of infrastructure "a bridge four roads", and moved "villages in the City" to other places, as well as check the progress and trace the service in Luzheng scenery Yuedu Minfu, Golf Park and Hutang Villa. To better the investment introduction, above-middle-level managers were organized to visit the Binhai Industrial Zone in mid-June. Now the advertisement and investment reservation as a part of the overall plan are under way. Every project being negotiated is traced. One in all, the committee is spending every effort to attract more new projects at high levels.
