Project Summary |
The North Keqiao Taiwanese (Foreign) Investment Knitting Park is blueprinted to occupy 228,500m2 of which 65,000m2 will be for the first-phase south area and 162,000m2 the phase-two north area. Factory buildings will be of two-4.5m high-story reinforced concrete structure with two spans of 10m each, and the length 6m, and equipped with cargo lifts. Besides, there is to be a three-story office building; the first floor is for dining hall, on the second, rooms for office and daily life use of investors, and on the third, dormitory for employees. Investors may either construct workshops on their own or entrust a Chinese partner to construct and then rent the buildings. Self-contained property management will be applied. |

Brief of the Initiator |
An agency of Shaoxing County People's Government, the Zhejiang Shaoxing Keqiao Economic Development Zone Administration is in charge of the construction, development and management of the three industrial parks, namely, East Keqiao, West Keqiao(with garment industrial park newly launched) and North Keqiao. To overseas investors, the zone offers “one-stop administration and turn-key services by one person”, and a host of preferential policies are available. It has been a model development zone in Zhejiang Province. |
